first u get a cartoon cutted to the size u want to make ur lovely cotton balls :)
and then like the old post pic here
u do the thread a round the cartoon
i made my girls to work a bit with it
its very easy
in any place u will find those yarn balls

then after u remove it from the cartoon and tie a thread very tight in the middle
then cut the edges from the middle
then u cut the other half
fluff it

i got those head bands from blokat
glued them with hotgun
